It’s no wonder, when those playing major roles haven’t got even the simplest understanding of the meaning of the story they are telling, that the movies are so incredibly disappointing.

Understanding the Christian Calendar — If you attend a Baptist church like I do, chances are your church does not give much emphasis to dates and events on the Christian calendar such as Epiphany and Lent. But it’s important to be aware of these dates, and to understand the rich history and significance of the events they commemorate.
